Our interventions are based on an asset-based community development approach which takes advantage of the strengths, talents, abilities and resources of the communities for their empowerment and capacity building.
Accordingly, we consider vulnerable international students, for example, not just as a community with needs, but also as a very talented group of people with the capacity to be key drivers of social change in their host and home communities.
