Wellbeing for Communities is a non-profit organization based in Brisbane (Australia). It was founded in 2015 by a couple of established Colombian migrants (former international students) with the support of a group of international students.
It was created for current and future international students as well as for local and international communities.
Thus, we aim to contribute to the WELLBEING and integration of targeted vulnerable migrant and local communities living in Brisbane (in a first phase), and in Colombia (in a second phase).
We develop and support Wellbeing community development initiatives based on our targeted communities Wellbeing deficiencies and strengths identified by research projects conducted by our Social Observatory as well as by other organizations and individuals.
We also promote socially responsible practices, in the sectors involving our targeted communities, aiming to enhance the Wellbeing of the later.
